After months of planning and building, ROVE sauna is finally ready for the next step — finding a semi-permanent home on the Maine coast.

To mark the moment, and try out the concept, I’m hosting three “friends and family” preview sauna sessions on Saturday, June 28 in Cape Elizabeth, at my Mom and Dan’s place overlooking the ocean.

I’ve planned the sessions around high tide at 2:20pm to allow a fun 6-minute round trip to the sea between rounds. Come prepared for connection and plenty of good heat!

The Details

  • Sessions at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm (8 spots each)

  • Location: Cape Elizabeth (exact address sent after booking)

  • Cool-off options: 6-minute roundtrip walk to the ocean or lounge chairs near the sauna

  • Essential oil blends + guided rounds (I’ll be testing a few things!)

  • Bring: Water, towel, and swimsuit for inside the sauna

  • Be ready to be in photos or video — this is part of building the vibe!
